Marta J. Luzim, MSMarta J. Luzim, MS is a Psychospiritual therapist, Founder and President of Primal Healing and Art, and the 501(c)(3) charitable, non-profit organization Give Her A Voice, Inc. She has had a private practice for thirty-five years focusing on women’s issues, mind/body healing, relationships and healing the complex trauma of abuse. She holds an MS in Counseling Psychology and a BS in Education. In addition, she is a trained Hypnotherapist, certified Metaphysician, Intimacy Trainer, emotional-body healer, emotional intuitive, certified rebirther (breath work), certified Kaizen Creative Coach and Florida State Mediator. Marta also uses EFT and emotional body release for healing trauma and abuse. She is an artist, novelist, poet and playwright.

She has written for various magazines on women’s issues, creativity, wellness and relationship topics; her column was titled Women’s View. She wrote and produced a short film called Primal Urgency, a personal memoir on her recovery from abuse through spiritual and emotional awakening, which can be seen on Vimeo www.vimeo.com/8285068. She has had several public readings of her two plays, Breathing Under Water and Vows of Love. She has appeared on cable television and been featured in magazines and newspapers. In addition, Marta has won a short story contest. Currently she has completed her first novel. Her blogs, novel, paintings and book Heart of a Woman give herself and many women the forum to share their continuous journey to recover from the post-traumatic effects of abuse in their lives. She is member of the National Pen Women and participated in their outreach program for young women in the juvenile detention center of Palm Beach. She has facilitated creative arts programs for the YMCA, SOS Children’s Village and other public and private educational institutions.

Her personal passion to share, heal and teach, combined with her creative and academic expertise have brought her clients from around the country. Marta’s life has been dedicated to evoking the voice in women and men to feel the courage and aliveness to follow their unique expression and purpose in life.
